You can spend minutes, hours, days, weeks, or even months over-analyzing a situation; trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could’ve, would’ve happened… or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move on.

Take it day by day. Don’t stress too much about tomorrow.

Do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do.

Remember that really time when you were going through hell and you weren’t sure you could handle much more, and it seemed your world was crashing down around you, and you really wished it would all end? You handled it. It’s over. You made it.

To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.

Human beings grow best with encouragement and love. Today let every word you speak (to yourself and others) be filled with kindness.

Some people aren’t loyal to you. They’re loyal to their need of you then, once their need changes, so does their loyalty.

Things I know about healing: Speaking kindly to yourself helps a lot.

We do not heal the past by dwelling there. We heal the past by living fully in the present.

You have to get to a point where your mood doesn’t shift based on the insignificant actions of someone else.
