I think it’s very healthy to spend time alone. You need to know how to be alone and not be defined by another person.
When someone constantly puts you down, leaves you feeling like you can’t do anything right, or makes you feel worthless or bad about yourself, that isn’t love. It’s emotional abuse.
Don’t be a victim of your own mind.
My life isn’t good or bad. It’s an incredible series of emotional and mental extremes with beautiful thunderstorms and stunning sunrises.
Make sure you don’t start seeing yourself through the eyes of those who don’t value you. Know your worth even if they don’t.
